Week 01 — Foundations

You learn how to move.

Hip escapes, rolls, frames, grips. You'll drill the building blocks of every position in jiu-jitsu. No one expects you to know anything.

You learn a position.

Guard. Mount. Side control. Each position has a logic. Once you see it, the whole puzzle starts to click. It's the best kind of frustration.

Week 03+ — Live Drills

You try it on a partner.
