02 — First Time?
What to bring to your first class.
- Show up 15 minutes early. Meet Luiz, sign a quick waiver, get a tour. No rush.
- Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Shorts and a rash guard or t-shirt are perfect for day one. Kids can wear any loose athletic wear.
- Bring water. That's it. We'll loan you anything else you need for your first class.
- Come ready to learn. Leave the ego at the door. You'll be surprised how welcoming the room is.
- Kids: sign a waiver with a parent or guardian. We'll have the paperwork ready when you arrive.
